Your cake should be placed on a flat, level surface, ideally in the footwell or trunk of an air-conditioned vehicle with a non-slip mat underneath the box. Do not place the cake on a seat or allow anyone to hold it during the drive.
Drive carefully, avoid sudden stops and sharp turns, and take the cake directly to a refrigerator. Please inform us in advance if your travel time will exceed one hour.
Once the cake has been picked up, Jonah Bakehouse is not responsible for damage caused during transportation, handling, or storage.
-
Third-party pickup services are not recommended because cakes are delicate and require careful handling. If you choose to arrange a courier or rideshare, responsibility for the cake transfers to the client once it has been collected.
